SNECI est une entreprise familiale qui, forte de ses 450+ ingénieurs, s’est spécialisée dans l’amélioration de la performance industrielle et le développement commercial. Elle a travaillé ces 5 dernières année pour plus de 400 clients dans plus de 50 pays à partir de sa dizaine d’implantations locales et a une longue habitude du travail avec des indépendants.
Très présente dans l’automobile, SNECI a également l’ambition de s’ouvrir vers de nouveaux secteurs industriels.
Le jeudi 12 janvier, lors d’un webinaire, XMP-consult donnera la possibilité aux consultants indépendants d’identifier les possibles « terrains de jeu » communs avec SNECI et d’échanger avec :

After starting his career at JP Morgan in Hong Kong, Stanislas joined SNECI in 2010. In 2011, he opened SNECI China office, and started the Partnership & M&A practice, to meet with market’s needs. Upon return to France in 2014, he was appointed Managing Director of SNECI Group in 2017. Stanislas is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and earned a Masters of Science from MIT and an MBA from INSEAD. Stanislas is member of the Board of French Automotive Suppliers (FIEV), member of the Power Electronics Program of the French Automotive Platform (PFA), and member of the Industrial Committee of the French Automotive Platform (PFA). Stanislas is member of the board of ACTIA, a 500 million €urocompany specialized in electronics.
Prior to joining SNECI, Frédéric spent 22 years within PSA Group, where he started as a salesperson for Automobiles Citroën, to implement Quality of Service certification, before holding several positions in Quality, Production, Maintenance, Industrial Launch inside plants. From 2012 to 2014, Frédéric Laganier was in charge of the Group's Social Relations, before being promoted as Director of the Rennes Production Site. His last position inside PSA Group was Global Head of Industrial Strategy, where Frédéric contributed to the integration of the OPEL sites within the PSA footprint, while dealing with issues of internationalization (China, SoutheastAsia, India, Morocco, LatinAmerica) and energy transition. In 2020, Frédéric Laganier joined SNECI as Director of Industrial Performance and Director of Human Resources.
Maxime began his professional career in 1986 in China as Industrial Development Manager for Total China. In 1990, he became Business Development manager for the MEA region for Ciments Francais. He moved to automobile world in 1996 as China COO for Marelli before joining Renault Group in 2001 as upper range Product Director in France, before moving to Quality Director in Iran, Programs & Strategy Director in Russia and then China. After developing for 5 years his own company on Iranian business, Maxime joined SNECI in 2019 as International Development Director.
