Seasoned operational risk management consultant with 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas and Mining industries, Mines ParisTech graduate, I help companies strengthening their capabilities in managing their risks. I am a strong advocate that efficient process safety management is a key lever to drive operational excellence. Indeed, I have found that empowering all layers of an organization around a shared value for safety is one of the strongest motivators to address operational challenges and develop continuous improvement capabilities.
To do so, I have been developing and implementing risk-based PSM programs around 4 pillars: (a) frontline engagement, (b) PSM system enhancement, (c) leadership coaching, and (d) operating system improvements.
